Laws Regulating Mobile Home Parks
The State of California licenses mobile home parks through the Department of Housing and Community Development. There are a variety of state laws that impact mobile home parks, the primary landlord tenant document is the California Mobilehome Park Residency Law, Civil Code Section 798.

The Office of the Mobilehome Ombudsman – (800) 952-5275
The Mobilehome Ombudsman receives and processes complaints from the public and from public officials related to living in manufactured homes and mobilehomes.
